Salinas Ecuador Mercado & Mi Comisariato Jr
Amelia and JP VLOG 158: This is part 2 from yesterday’s video. After we filmed Supermaxi and the Paseo mall, we ran out of time to film the mercado in Salinas Ecuador and the Mi Comisariato Jr. grocery store so we’re sharing that in today’s video.
We also share our vegan lunch from yesterday at Bhakti Lunch, which is (currently) the only vegan restaurant in Salinas. They’re open every weekday for lunch and their food is AMAZING! The entree in this video is a traditional Ecuadorian dish that’s normally made with cow stomach, but Rebeca makes a vegan version of it that’s full of depth and flavor. We’ve eaten there 4 times this week and everything has been delicious!
