Our Expert Referral Network connects trusted service providers with people who are planning a move abroad. Our audience is actively seeking reliable experts to guide them through every stage of the process, and they look to us for recommendations they can trust.

Here’s how it works:

  • Our audience finds us through our vast reach across multiple channels including YouTube, our Newsletter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Threads.
  • When a client needs your services, they submit a form on our website with details about what they need and their contact information.
  • We then send an automatic introduction email to you, the client, and us with all the details they’ve shared.
  • If you do not have an automated referral/affiliate tracking system, clients may pay a booking fee for the introduction.

What We Ask of Our Experts

We want every referral to reflect positively on both you and us. To make this a win-win, we ask our vendors to follow these guidelines:

  • High Priority – contact the client as soon as possible to schedule the consultation, ideally within a few minutes of receiving the introduction.
  • High Touch – provide your best possible service and keep the client updated regularly, at least weekly.
  • Transparency – be fully upfront about your pricing, services, and any additional fees (such as application fees, customs duties, etc.).
  • Integrity – our referral is seen as an endorsement, so negative client experiences reflect on you and us.
  • Explain Next Steps – after the consultation, explain the next step clearly (signing a contract, paying a retainer, etc.).
  • Credit the Booking Fee (optional) – to encourage conversions, you may choose to apply the booking fee toward the client’s account.

Maintaining Good Standing

Our reputation depends on the quality of service our partners provide. By following these guidelines, you’ll maintain good standing in our Expert Referral Network.

If we determine that a vendor is not providing a high-quality, transparent service with integrity, we may, without notice and for any reason, discontinue referrals to that vendor.

What It Takes to Qualify

Because space in our network is limited to one expert per service category per country, acceptance is highly competitive. To qualify, applicants must:

  • Demonstrate Expertise – proven experience serving expats in your field with documented results.
  • Provide References – at least two verifiable client references who can speak to your professionalism and reliability.
  • Show Transparency – clear, upfront pricing and service descriptions, including all potential fees.
  • Pass Our Vetting Process – we personally review every application, check references, and confirm alignment with our standards before approval.
